GREEN SAND CASTING

In the process of green sand mold casting, the mold is pneumatically compacted in top and bottom. Then the melt is poured and when it solidifies, the mold is destroyed and the part is released . We have a line of carousel molding fully automated.

Recommended for medium / long series with a range of weights piece 0.200 kg. – 35 kg .

Molding boxes with the following dimensions : 500 x 500; 600 x 600 and 790 x 730. We have a line of carousel molding in green fully automated.

• 3 Electric oven with a capacity of 680 kg each..
• 1 Gasoil Oven, tilting 680 Kg.
