All parts follow a careful system of checks, ranging from the analysis of raw materials, to controls at the machine and at the end of the batch, which allows us to accompany them with a certificate of quality, so our product can arrive their destination, with complete assurance and traceability.
Our laboratory is equipped with the necessary methods for verifying raw materials of our approved suppliers and with recognized prestige (Alcoa, Alcan) as well as to carry out the relevant tests to ensure the quality of our parts. Among the tests performed we include:
- Spectrometer (chemical composition analysis)
- Universal Testing Machine Traction (tensile strength, yield strength and elongation)
- Durometer (hardness test of raw material and product)
- Sand control and analysis (strength and fineness)
- Specimens degassing control (degassing Foseco)
- samples analysis by degassing control
Our quality department controls and certifies the execution of tests, collected in procedures in our quality manual based on ISO 9001-2008.
