The permanent metal mold casting called shell serves to obtain higher productions . In this method, the casting of molten metal is poured into a permanent metal mold under gravity.
We have several machines and several ovens so we are able to achieve high production of pieces.
Recommended for medium / long series with a range of weights piece 0.2000 kg. – 25 kg .
Shell production methods:
- 2 Electric ovens with a capacity of 680 kg each.
- 3 Horizontal shelling machines.
- 1 Universal shelling machine.
